A Six-Block Series
Six blocks. Six weeks each. One continuous series of practice, September through June. So every body in the room grows stronger, class after class.
Why a series?
At Rhythm of Movement, we have such a consistent community of movers. As a teacher, I want to bring more value to our weekly classes by building progressively on each class week after week. This is why I’ve programmed six week blocks for our Yoga for Wellbeing classes to work on together as a community.
Each block spends six weeks on a similar set of skills - long enough to actually change how we move, short enough that you’ll feel it by week six. Research backs this up, too: a 2024 meta-analysis out of the University of South Australia found new habits typically take about two months to take hold, and a Tufts University study found people in group exercise classes saw a 26% drop in perceived stress and far bigger gains in quality of life than people exercising alone. Consistency plus company: a chance to hone your movement skills, together, and actually see your own progress, week over week.
The six blocks

Monday and Thursday classes run the same plan each week, so come to whichever fits your week or both.

Pricing
$108 per person, per six-week block (one night a week).
$180 per person, per six-week block (both nights a week).
If you already hold class passes, any you have as of now will be credited toward a series pass — just let me know when you sign up.
Questions?
Can I still use my drop-in class passes? Yes — a few spots in every class stay open for drop-ins, and any passes you already hold will be credited toward a series pass if you decide to switch. As we start the first few series, a larger portion of spots will be open to drop-ins to accommodate those using up their class passes.
I’m new to the community, can I still join? Absolutely! You can join at week 1 or week 3 of each series. Every class builds on the next so you’ll still get a taste of what we’ve been working on even if you join in halfway. If you sign up for the full series, you’ll still have access to the online classes from previous weeks.
What if I’m away for a class or two? You will still receive the online classes if you would like to practice at home. Also, the series is priced so that it’s still accessible if you miss a class.
What if I can only make one night a week? That’s exactly what the one-night pass is for. Monday and Thursday run a similar plan, so pick whichever fits your week.
Do I need to do the online class too? No — it’s there if you want extra practice between classes, but it’s not required.
