At rhythm of movement, we offer three intentionally designed class types to support you in moving well:
Being Bodies – A feel-good blend of yoga, mobility, strength, and fascial release. Designed to help you reconnect with your body and support the way you want to move through life.
Restore Yourself – A quiet, grounding class focused on nervous system regulation, breath, and gentle movement. Deep rest for modern life.
Stiff Guys – Just for men. This class builds mobility, strength, and ease of movement — no flexibility or experience needed.
Classes are open to all levels. Come as you are.
